The District and the Federation recognize the right of employees to form, join, and participate in activities of employee organizations, and the right of employees to refuse to form, join, and participate in such activities. Any teacher who is a member of the Federation, or who has applied for membership, may sign and deliver to the Adult School Office an assignment authorizing deduction of membership dues in the Federation.
