This Agreement shall be in effect from July 1, 2007 to and including June 30, 2008 and shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter unless either party serves notice upon the other in writing not more than one hundred twenty (120) days or not less than ninety (90) days prior to June 30, 2008 or any subsequent anniversary date, of its desire to alter, amend, or terminate this Agreement..

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused their authorized representatives to negotiate this Agreement this 20^th day of May 2007.
