Agreement Between the San Mateo Union High School District and the Adult School Federation of Teachers

 ARTICLE I: AGREEMENT

This collective bargaining agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into this 20th day of May, 2007 between the Board of Trustees of the San Mateo Union High School District ("District") and the San Mateo Adult School Federation of Teachers ("Federation"). This Agreement is entered into pursuant to Chapter 10.7, Sections 3540-3549 of the Government Code, and effective from July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008. Agreement shall supersede any rules, regulations, or practices of the District that are contrary to, or inconsistent with, its terms. Any individual contract between the District and individual members of the bargaining unit (as defined in Article II) shall be subject to and consistent with the terms of this Agreement. Within forty-five (45) working days of the ratification of this Agreement, the District shall make available copies of the Agreement to members of the bargaining unit, the cost of which, after state reimbursement, shall be shared mutually between the parties.
