Step 1. Come in person to the SMART Center at 789 East Poplar Avenue when classes are in session. Do not come during holidays or when the offices are open but there are no classes.

Monday to Thursday 8:30 to 12:30 noon
Monday to Thursday 6:15 to 8:15 PM

Step 2. You will be interviewed and might need to take a test so that we know which class you should take. You can start classes as soon as you have registered or come back the next day and begin.
