ingredients must be bulletted

Assignment 4
English Topic: Using Spatial Order
Computer Skill: Cutting, Pasting, and Inserting Art
Copy the paragraphs in your handouts. Each paragraph is
independent of the others. They have no relation.
Do you notice that they are difficult to understand? That's
because the sentences are in the wrong order. Cut and paste
the sentences so that they are in the correct order.
Using clipart and a CD-ROM, insert
some pictures to your document. Then, write a short paragraph
about it in your own words. Remember to use spatial order
when writing.
Assignment 5
English Topic: Recounting the Past & Giving Advice
Computer Skill: Using the Letter Wizard
Use the Letter Wizard to write a letter to me. For practice,
use as many options as you can.
Paragraph 1:Tell me
about what you have learned in this class. For reference,
you can check the course outline at the top of this page. Use
can, can't, could, couldn't, was able to, wasn't able to.
For example: When I started this
class, I couldn't cut and paste text. Now I am able to create
charts.
Paragraph 2: Give advice,
or tips, about things you have learned. Use should, shouldn't.
For Example: Now that I can insert
clipart, I think it will be easy for me to volunteer to create
interesting projects for my son's school. You should try to
use clipart to make your lessons more interesting.
Paragraph 3: Ask for
advice if you are not sure how to do something. Use could, couldn't,
should, would, etc.
For example: I'm not sure how to
use the letter wizard. It is so difficult and I don't know if
it will be useful. What would you use it for?
