Open new doors for communication in this often challenging
stage of life. Teens today live in a world very different
from what parents experienced. Parents can help their
teenagers’ chances of success in school and life by
understanding facts about physical development, self-image,
teen parents, social development, divorce and blended
families. In this class you will also learn and apply
principles of positive family dynamics, conflict resolution,
communication and encouragement so that your family can grow

Designed for: parents, nannies, family childcare providers,
relative care. This four-part series gives you the tools to
build a quality childcare environment. Topics will
include: Childcare Issues; Quality Infant and Toddler
Environment; Nutrition; and Child Development; Playing Is
Learning. Participants who complete all sessions of either
class will receive a certificate of completion.
