TAI CHI
Tai Chi is a graceful, slow-moving exercise system that promotes muscle relaxation and flexibility by reducing physical tension and strain.  Since it is particularly beneficial for the joints, Chen style Tai Chi is ideal for people over 50. “Silk reeling” exercises, a part of the curriculum, gently open up the major joints of the body, in sequence, from the head to the ankles.  Tai Chi has been shown in clinical studies to improve balance and coordination.
