Exercise to music

AEROBICS: GROUP EXERCISE TO MUSIC                       $30/$50/$75
Increase your level of fitness, generate more energy, and enhance your sense of well-being; join one or more of these fun exercise classes. Combine low-impact aerobics with stretching and balance exercises for flexibility,
endurance and better circulation. Monday and Friday classes include strength training with weights. The 9 am class includes floor mat exercises for the last 10 to 15 minutes.  The 10 am class uses chairs as an alternative to mats for the last part of class. Bring your own mat. Guest passes accepted.

AEROBICS:  LOW-IMPACT TO MUSIC                              $45/$45/$45
Interested in staying healthy and feeling good? A little exercise will make a difference at any age! Join this popular physical conditioning class to tone and shape up to the beat of rock ‘n’ roll, salsa, and swing. Combine low-impact aerobics and mat work for a full program of stretching and strengthening, while building endurance. Progress at your own pace. Wear comfortable clothing and be prepared for an hour of fun movement. Guest passes accepted.

 Aerobics: DANCE – Fitness                                             $30/$50/$75
If you enjoy uplifting music, rhythm  and dance, this is  the exercise class for you. We start with a gentle warm up and transition to moderately paced – low impact aerobic exercises and add in a few fun dance routines.   We then use light weights (optional) and stretch bands to strengthen and tone. Class concludes with easy yoga postures for balance and flexibility using a mat or chair.  It is a wonderful way to start your day! Guest passes accepted.
