Adults with Disabilities
The San Mateo Adult School offers classes for clients at various community locations for adults with special needs. These locations include: Community GATEPATH of Northern California, Mills-Peninsula Senior Focus Adult Day Health Program, San Mateo County Health Center and various residential settings. Classes at these sites include vocational, community access, recreation/leisure or communication subjects. If you know of a group of 20 or more disabled adults in the communities serviced by the Adult School who would benefit from having these types of classes at their site/facility, please call Jeri McGovern, Adults with Disabilities Program Coordinator, 558-2127.
